Preferably make an appointment. On Saturdays it is required; on weekdays we recommend it. That way we know you are coming, the camera you want to see is ready and waiting, and someone who knows their gear is there for you. Call 085 301 83 32 or drop us an email.

Making a complaint
If something goes wrong, let us know. Email klantenservice@camera-tweedehands.nl with your order number and a description.
We confirm your complaint within 14 days and let you know how we will resolve it. If we need more time to investigate, we will say so, with an indication of when you will hear from us.
