How our reviews come about
Every customer automatically gets an invitation after a purchase. We do not choose who is asked, and we cannot remove or change a review — that is exactly why a score from an independent platform is worth something.
A shop that decides for itself which reviews are visible can only ever show good reviews. Then a ten no longer means anything. That is why our reviews are with others, why they are in several places, and why the number is shown everywhere.

Below are not the reviews we liked best, but reviews that answer the questions people have about second-hand gear. They are quoted word for word, in the original Dutch; we only shortened the surname. You can check them at the source via the table above.
Heldere omschrijving van het product, en het klopte perfect! De “zeer goed” beleefde ik zelf als een “zo goed als nieuw”, dus dat Camera Tweedehands zo kritisch is, schept vertrouwen.De aflevering van het bestelde artikel duurde langer dan oorspronkelijk de bedoeling was. Dit bedrijf heeft eerlijk de reden middels een mailtje uitgelegd en het produkt zo snel mogelijk naar mij opgestuurd. Chapeau, dat is pas service.Wij hebben een lens terug gestuurd, maar niet vanwege de kwaliteit of de winkel. Afhandeling was zeer netjes, verzending en retour ging vlot, communicatie ook snel en netjes.Goede ervaring, vriendelijk geholpen, eerlijke prijs voor zowel aankoop als verkoop.Van te voren gebeld of een objectief even apart gelegd kon worden. Geen probleem als ik gelijk langskwam. In de winkel goed geholpen en mocht uitgebreid testen met de eigen camerabody. Het objectief was in zeer goede staat, wat overeenkwam met de beschrijving op de website.Not happy?
