Question 1

What is the Sachtler SL2001 bag used for?

Accepted Answer

The Sachtler SL2001 is specifically designed as a carrying bag for C-stands. It keeps your C-stands organised and protected during transport, which is especially useful on location shoots where gear takes a beating in transit.

Question 2

Does a C-stand bag like the SL2001 fit other brands of C-stands?

Accepted Answer

C-stand bags are generally sized around industry-standard C-stand dimensions, so the SL2001 may accommodate C-stands from other manufacturers as well. That said, always measure your stands before assuming compatibility — some heavy-duty or oversized C-stands may not fit.

Question 3

Is buying a used C-stand bag worth it?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. A carry bag like the SL2001 doesn't have any electronic components or moving parts to wear out — wear on a used bag is mostly cosmetic. A second-hand SL2001 in good condition does exactly the same job as a new one, at a lower cost.

Question 4

How many C-stands does the SL2001 hold?

Accepted Answer

Sachtler hasn't published an exact capacity figure in the available spec sheet for the SL2001. Check the specific listing for any seller notes on capacity, or contact us directly if you need clarification before buying.

Question 5

What condition can I expect from a pre-owned Sachtler SL2001?

Accepted Answer

Every pre-owned item on Camera-tweedehands.nl is individually inspected and graded before listing. The condition grade is shown on the variant listing, and all items come with a minimum 12 months warranty.
