Peak Design from San Francisco started in 2010 with the Capture Clip, a clamp that hangs your camera from your backpack strap or belt and releases it in one motion. Then came the Slide, Slide Lite and Leash straps with the Anchor system (quick swapping between straps), the Everyday Backpack with MagLatch closure and FlexFold dividers, the Everyday Sling and Messenger, and the Travel Line with a travel backpack and Camera Cubes. Everything is weather resistant and comes with the manufacturer's lifetime warranty.

On used bags we check the zips, the MagLatch and buckles, the shoulder straps and the back panel, the FlexFold dividers and the lining. Straps and Capture Clips are tested for the Anchor cords (wear shows in the colour of the core), the lock and the thread of the plate. Signs of use are noted honestly; worn Anchors are replaced.
