Premium Used Viltrox Gear

Viltrox from Shenzhen has existed since 2009 and started with adapters and Speed Boosters, but became known for autofocus primes for Fujifilm X at a time when other brands still ignored that mount: the 23mm, 33mm and 56mm f/1.4 were sharp, fast and cost a third of the Fujinons. Then came the Pro line (27mm f/1.2, 75mm f/1.2, 135mm f/1.8 LAB) with weather-sealed metal barrels and an optical quality that surprises reviewers, the Air series with light, affordable f/1.8 primes for Sony E and Nikon Z, and full-frame lenses such as the AF 16mm f/1.8 and 85mm f/1.8 II. Viltrox uses firmware updates via USB-C in the mount.

On used Viltrox we test the autofocus on a camera of the right mount, the contacts, the aperture, the USB-C firmware port and the glass for scratches, dust and fungus. We install the latest firmware where possible, because it noticeably improves the autofocus. Every item has an honest condition description with photos.

For Fujifilm a used 27mm f/1.2 Pro or 56mm f/1.4 is an excellent portrait and street lens, for Sony and Nikon Z the Air 20mm, 40mm and 85mm f/1.8. Check the mount on the product page; we buy your old glass.
