Premium Used Atomos Gear

Australian Atomos became known with the Ninja, a compact recorder that uses the HDMI output of mirrorless cameras to record in higher quality than the camera can on its own. Later models added RAW recording, 4K and even 8K, and the Shogun line targets professional cameras with SDI connections. Atomos also supplies modular AtomX accessories such as CAST, SDI modules and battery adapters.

A monitor-recorder is a workhorse and used units show it: we test the screen for dead pixels and brightness, the HDMI and SDI ports, the SSD caddy and the cooling. Batteries are graded separately because they wear. The condition notes tell you exactly what the unit has been through.

Before buying, check which resolution and codec your camera outputs over HDMI; not every camera delivers RAW. We are happy to help you find the right combination, and your old recorder can be traded in with us.
